Vehicle was the third in line in the morning when dropped off. I get a call in the afternoon that the vehicle was not ready and if I wanted to pick it up and take it back in the morning. I work and can’t be back and forth with this issue. As mentioned above vehicle was third in line and I expected it to be taken care off that day. I was offered a loner but until I asked for one, but all of a sudden the vehicle was going to be done. I spend an hour at the agency when I should have jut picked up my truck and go home
