Such a major change based on my last experiences. Johnathan was very professional and on top of his game. No matter how flustered or upset i got he kept his cool. Much appreciation to him and the rest of the crew that got my baby working again. Thank you sooo sooo much!!!!
Sales departamental were very helpful and worked fast and I was very satisfied; however, due to some problems with my new vehicle I had to service my vehicle and that completely made me regret doing business with this dealer. The service department were generous to give me a loaner vehicle, and I wonder if that had an influence on their lack of following through. I called several times to get an update on the status of my vehicle and was told I would get a call back, and never did. The weekend passed and I called back on Monday and was told again that I was going to get a call back for status and nothing. I had to call several times until I received a call to get paid for services and once again, I was supposed to get a call back to confirm the payment and nothing. I called and it wasn’t until approximately 6 pm that I was told they were finally working on my vehicle. I am at this point really concerned on taking my vehicle again for service such as oil changes or tire rotation.
I took my care to fiesta Chevrolet due to its convenient location. I won’t be making that mistake again. I took my car in on a Friday and didn’t get it back for a week. The person in charge of my case gave me no updates. I had to call everyday, multiple times a day for me to even know what was going on. I was never offered a car rental, and if I hadn’t requested one I would have been without a vehicle during the holidays. I had to show up in person to the service center multiple times just for the person in charge of my case to get things done. He didn’t call my extended warranty until I was standing right in front of him. It’s not my job to do his job. If I hadn’t shown up, my car would have been there longer. I’m very disappointed in fiesta Chevrolet. Worst customer service I have ever received
I had set an appointment for a recall and maintenance done on my vehicle and took about 15 mins past my appointment time to take in vehicle. When my vehicle was ready, the service department called me saying the department was closed and would leave my keys with the receptionist. When I arrived to dealership, no receptionist was at desk so I waited around until they arrived. A few minutes passed and no receptionist came to desk all while no employee asked if I needed anything, just blank stares from employees standing around talking. I had to approach an employee to ask where the receptionist was and they said they didnt know and kept on walking around. I asked same employee that the service department called saying my vehicle was ready and I needed to pick up keys at receptionist desk. Employee offered assistance but almost refused to release keys to me even after providing identity information and license.
