I went in with the understanding that my repair was going to take a long time so I dropped off my vehicle first thing in the morning and used the shuttle to get dropped off at work. I was told in the service office that someone would follow up with me later in the day to let me know the status of the repair and to confirm a shuttle picking me up from work (I had no ride or vehicle clearly). I never received a follow up call, and never was sent a shuttle. I managed to find ride to the dealership by asking one of my employees. When I arrived, it was past 5pm (vehicle had been there since 7:30am), and the service was still not completed. I waited in the lobby for an hour while they finished up close to 7pm. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the service done was done well and all that I needed, but the simple courtesy follow up and ensuring a shuttle was sent would have made this process and all the time I took a little easier to swallow.
Took my '14 Silverado for a recall having to do with brake system. Was greeted and acknowledged by service employee as soon as i walked in for my appointment. He was very helpful told me how long the wait will be which i didn't mind at all. I enjoyed a bag of chips and a soda. Overall they did an excellent job!. Thanks Fiesta Chevrolet
Unprofessional and customer held to their word based on non-experience work to be done on vehicle lack of reviewing opportunities with the work needed to be done miss quoting pricing on work, Verifying and test driving a vehicle for quality of work being done huge issue very dissatisfied with almost $1000 spent on work because I’ve been prevented if further diagnosis has been done when vehicle was taken in for service
