the service agent did a great job! very cordial, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. However I noticed that the technician that was bringing my car was not wearing a mask or globes; my car was not sanitized; they need to sanitize at least the steering wheel and any parts that they have contact with
We were there in the waiting room from 9:00AM to nearly 4:00 PM WAITING for an oil change and an inspection. Next time, we will definitely be going elsewhere. Waiting an entire day for an oil change and inspection was outrageous.
Horrible experience!! First they told us that loan was approved they gave us the truck. 3 weeks later no one told me bank still didn���t approve kept checking my credit without my permission. I returned the truck STILL HAVENT GOTTEN MY 10K i gave as down payment! I got back the trade in with no License plates now i find out DMV IS CHARGING ME $500 for plates!! Horrible experience with dealer. He is no help, he told me to take the truck without getting an approval. Also, he took away my phone to fill out the customer survey on his own by lying to me that he was checking if i got an email about the trade in!
Took vehicle for inspection, oil change and window that didn���t rolled down. I had made An prior appointment For 9/22/20 and I asked specifically on window how long it would take and was told it had to be checked but no more than a day. When I got there I was told a week and I could leave truck there. A week for a window I told the lady?! So either I left there or she could make another appointment. I agree to the appointment. Gave her my insurance paper, she did her routine stuff and I waited for over 2 hours. Then a mechanic person came to asked me for my insurance paper for the state inspection. I told him I gave It to the attendant that checked me in. It was misplaced, lost as they could not find. I managed to get a copy. I asked the person how long and he said 5 more minutes. So I waited and waited and I wasn���t called. So I decided to go outside and there was my truck sitting and no one had called. So I went to cashier, he didn���t have keys so He went looking. Keys and paperwork are put on attendant���s workplace but she wasn���t there, so they set there for a long time. I know it was my decision to wait but All in all not very professional Of the attendant. And then she forgot to give me an appointment for the work on the window! And with this COVID-19 virus I had also Asked when I called in the Appointment how the vehicle would be cleaned inside Since someone would be in it and was told it would be cleaned. But it wasn���t. I couldn���t even smell any type cleanser or deodorizer.
