Bad Service, was very un pleased with their service had a very hard time talking to someone as I would call phone rang forever, and when they did Answer, we couldn't agree on fair price to fix my 2020 Chevy Silverado...was gone be charged $1200.to fix my new truck, and this was our 4th Brand New Vehicle with Fiesta Chevrolet, I just can't believe they wanted to charge me so much, aside from the Diagnosis they did charged me $135. Not Happy At All with Service Dept.....
My car was in the shop for 4 weeks due to damages to flood. The service rep (Rolando) did not communicate updates, was advised vehicle would be ready for more then over a week. I would call service department and i would get hung up on,, left on hold or no one would answer. When I did get my vehicle back the same day it left me stranded due to spoil spillage. I am very disappointed with services provided to me.
Had an oil change and a tire rotation the lady upfront said 2 hours and half left went to lunch came back and my vehicle was not ready,I arrived at 9:39 left at 3:10 she said they were short on technicians,every time I take my vehicles there for service is the same answer I get. I thought at this time they would of handle it better but no..would not shop there anymore and would not take my vehicles there no more.I called the manager and he still hasn't return my call and I left a voice message..Really bad service..
Its my honor to always say that since I started going to Fiesta I have had very good service. I could not ask for better service. Fiesta is the best and please keep up the awesome job you do . Thank you
No body call me about my car after 3 and half hrs, l try to call the service Dept and nobody would answer the phone. I finally call the front customer service and they collect me with service Dept and it took awhile for them to answer. I just wanted a oil change and tire rotation.
