I bought my 2014 Cruze at this GM dealership and have always taken it to get it serviced there with no problems. Well last Friday June 12, 2020 i took my car for the usual service oil change and for my surprise my car left a pile of motor oil in my garage. I took my car early the following week and showed the Service Advisor some pics of my garage with the pile of motor oil. It's Friday June 19, 2020 and my car is still at the shop. According to the mechanic the oil plug got damaged. Interestingly I only take my car for service to this dealership. 1 week later i'm sill waiting for my car and the oil plug has not arrived at the Parts Dept. at the dealership-> And I took my car for only a simple OIL CHANGE.
Service advisor Jayro Matias was very courteous and attentive. Explained the process and work got done in a time efficient manner. Very competitive advisor and Fiesta chevrolet dealer is my place to service my vehicle's.
I love what you do and how you take care of my car. I am thankful for the fact that you will take me back to work while my car is being worked on. However, getting you to come back and pick me up to pick up my car is a problem. Every time we have done that it is always a hassle and a long wait with bad information. It is very upsetting as my time away from my job is valuable.
