When arriving and asking for my sales rep Derek Flores I was told he no longer works there I was at your dealership from 12 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and at 5 p.m. when I asked another employee I was told my salesman had moved to the Buick GMC part of dealership. The offers given by two of your financial managers and your general manager were amounts and down payments that mathematically did not make sense we started at $675 per month what's $6,000 then $725 a month at $3,000 and then $775 a month with my trade a 2019 Chevy Colorado with a little over of 22000 miles that I purchased there with Derek Flores. When I decided to do the $775 per month I was told they could not do that and the best they could do was $863 a month and if I wanted they could only do $765 per month with a $7,000 deposit as you can see the math does not make sense I was told that no Bank was willing to cover me without what I have already explained, I did get upset instructed the financial Manager to give me a copy of my credit score that he received so I could go to GMC and talk to Derek Flores. After leaving Chevrolet I immediately went to GMC and in 1 and 1/2 hour I left with a brand new 2020 AT4 with the monthly payment I wanted and a great interest rate and whit the Gap and 5 year 100000 mile warranty and $0 down with just my trade in that I expected to get. I have never been treated in such an ill-mannered and it is obvious that the staff there at Chevrolet is out to just fill their pockets with whatever they can and do not take into consideration the number one rule in selling anything is to be the best you can for your customer in all aspects with that you can sell anything but unfortunately they don't understand that there are people that know how dealerships work as I do have experience in selling vehicles in the past, I will never recommend anybody to that part of Bert Ogden unless my salesmen is there and I hope that this message reaches the highest authority in that dealership as possible, and that drastic changes are made, for as outstanding is the customer service at your Buick GMC part of the dealership the disrespectful customer service at fiesta Chevrolet will make all the efforts count for nothing as they are one dealership as a whole and one affects the other just as much.
