Hi stars at all!! I've been having the SAME issue with the A/C ( not cooling properly) for a year. Everytime I go to get my vehicle serviced they're backed up, that's not MY problem. I'm a PAYING customer, the service guy keeps saying, "Well, you have the extended warranty". And what good does THAT do??! They haven't fixed the issue, and by the time the warranty expires my issue STILL won't be resolved. I took it about 3 weeks ago and AGAIN it's not cooling properly. Service guy said, "Last time the 'mechanic' didn't have time to check the problem". So WHAT did he do? Add coolant and hope for the best?.! How can you tell a customer you "fixed" a problem he didn't have time to diagnose? I'm now very concerned with taking it again to have it serviced. I took it yesterday 08/30/2019 and AGAIN they're backed up. So I said I'd bring it in on Monday, and the guy next to him said "Good luck because we'll be closed due to the holiday". I WASN'T even talking to him! And anyway, again, that's not my problem. If they'd fixed the issue months ago, I wouldn't have to be going there all the time. I didn't buy a Certified used vehicle, put $9,000 down on it to keep fixing it's issues. Which, by the way, have been several. No accountability, have tried contacting the service manager and the supposed owner to no avail!!! Haven't returned my calls. They're only nice to you when you go purchase a vehicle, once the contract is signed.... Good luck. Because you're on your own!!!
Mr. Matias provided excellent customer service. He paid attention to my concerns and diligently called me within a couple of hours to give me my estimate and advise me that if I okay'd the services my tahoe would be out the same day instead of waiting 3-4 days for diagnosis.
Service department was unable to fix my vehicle and had it in the shop for 21 days. Technicians dont know what they are doing. Advisors are not helpful. No assistance was offered and no updates given unless initiated by me the customer. By far the worse experience I have ever had with any type of company in any industry.
Roland was awesome. Kept me informed bout my car and cost. Even though i wasnt planning on spending $, I was glad to get things done there. Thanks Roland. Your attitude is was makes the ecperience great!!!!

Took my vehicle in for service. They kept for about a week "to diagnose" and could not provide me with a rental for those days even though I had extended warranty. Was left without a car for all those days. Vehicle given back and the next day had to take it in early morning on Wednesday because of the same issue. Was told Friday at about 4:30 p.m. that they had to keep it through Monday AGAIN because had not been able to diagnose and once again with not rental. All my vehicles have always been Chevy but this was a horrible experience.
