A 2.7-liter Turbo with Active Fuel Management, creating 310 horsepower and 348 lb-ft of torque.

The new Durabed boasts 12 standard tie-downs (three times more than any competitor), best-in-class cargo volume, and high-strength roll-formed steel. Specifically, the Durabed offers roughly 20 percent more cargo volume than rival pickup trucks, boasts best-in-class bed width and length, and features more space in its short box than competitors do in the standard box. You can choose between a Power Release tailgate and the industry-first Power Up/Down tailgate. For convenience, the bed includes a large CornerStep, available lighting, and an available 120-volt outlet near the tailgate.
The 2019 Silverado features a wide range of available trailering tech, like the In Vehicle Trailering System, Trailer Tire Pressure and Temperature Monitor, Tow/Haul Reminder, Hitch Guidance with Hitch View, side view cameras, and a rear trailer camera.
Technology in the new Chevy Silverado includes the Chevrolet Infotainment System with Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ integration and available 4G LTE Wi-Fi® hotspot. The suite of available safety technologies includes Low Speed Forward Automatic Braking, Forward Collision Alert, Front Pedestrian Braking, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Following Distance Indicator, and several others.
